I bi svjetlost i piše je oči moje.
I sve imaše oblik dragog lika.
I pjanilo je oči samo dvoje:
blizina žene i daljina vidika.
Al noć ide i nebom se gase boje.
I sve se više mrači divna slika.
I sve što pogled sad nazire to je:
daljina žene i blizina vidika.
